Monsieur Dommar
Professeur de francais
Bonjour tout le monde. My name is Monsieur Dommar and I am a 2nd year teacher of French in the World Languages Department at Hillsborough Middle School. I currently serve on the World Languages Department curriculum development team where I have recently created the middle school world languages curriculum to be implemented for the 2015-2016 school year. The curriculum consists of vast changes as students will be taking a level 2 curriculum at the middle school level with expectations that students will start level 3 when they enter Hillsborough High School. The curriculum has been designed for French, Italian, German & Spanish.
Previously, I was a substitute teacher in North Brunswick Township Public Schools (alma mater Class of 2009). I attended Rutgers University (alma mater Class of 2013) where I received my Bachelors degree in French & Psychology. I have recently served as a Graduate Reader and Teaching Assistant for a Language & Globalization course at Rutgers University in the Department of African, Middle-eastern and South Asian Languages & Literatures. I have also instructed French at Rutgers University-Kreeger Learning Center as a Lead Foreign Language Tutor for French where I instructed students in elementary, intermediate and advanced French as well as upper-level courses in French & Francophone cultures and literatures. I am currently a graduate student in the M.A. in French Studies program at Montclair State University and am concurrently pursuing my Supervisor of World Languages certification.
For more information about me, please see my C.V. attached. Merci!
